- Monthly Management Fee is always a Flat Rate of $99 per Month
- First Month’s Management Fee is always FREE
- One time Listing Fee of 50% of the First Months Scheduled Rent for a newly signed Tenant
- ZERO Up Front Costs. We pay for all Marketing Costs at no risk to you and never deduct
for these costs - ZERO Hidden Fees. There will never be any Surprise Charges from us to you. We guarantee it!
- We do not charge any fees until your home is Rented.
